New Journey and Weekly Challenge in year 2014

Hi guys,

First of all, I am here to wish all of you a very Happy New Year; may all the best things happen to you, no matter what you are wish for.  Cheers!!!

So , now I wanna share with you something personal, about a week ago, I have decided to start a challenge for myself that in a week (yes, in 7 days) gonna see how well I able to do an arrangement for a tune that I like.

Some of you may know that I DO do make videos of  "fingerstyle arrangement" on my YouTube Channel (You can check out here) , I am passionate but because of my others commitment all these while including music teaching all these years, I couldn't really spend time to do the fingerstyle. My mind always have tons of idea , for example.. like how do I make the arrangement sounds better, rhythmic or interesting whenever I heard a song, a tune.  I have lots of idea in my minds, but when I start to pick up my guitar, because of lag of playing / practice in my normal days , my fingers kind of clumsy. (laugh)

I know some of you can relate what I just meant. The guitar just not connect with you, no chemistry between two of you. Or your individual fingers lost their brains ( suppose in each fingers they can think for themselves and work with you master brain (the one in your head) and without thinking too much, you actually able to play something really beautiful.

So in 2014, I am gonna focus and go all out to do this. 😀 I will post it regularly, there may be some mistakes, but practice is One of the key to success, and I know by end of this year 2014, is gonna be awesome when I look back what I did!!!!!!!

I will be posting videos of my arrangement on my instagram (Please do follow me and check it out), and this is my first video since the challenge . (The video has been uploaded for a week already, but my "final result" for day seven I have not record it because 2 days ago was my wedding anniversary plus these few days is celebration of Chinese New Year, so please forgive me. (laugh+winks)

I am  not able to tell  how well the result is gonna be when comes to the 7th day, but no matter what, I am gonna post it on my YouTube channel  and my website. From this whole process, partly wanna share with you that I am determine to do this because I am in love with what I love to do. I really want to improve as musician, and there's so much to learn..I know I can do it well!!!
